A full refund is only given if we unable to replace the device or repair it. Our Refund Policy is valid for 7 days. If a device is returned to us after this 7 day period, we are unable to process a refund. If a device is returned to us within 7 days of purchase, we will carry out a throughout inspection to determine whether the device is defective.
A device will not be regarded as defective if;
- It is claimed that the device is not suitable for the intended purpose however, the specifications listed on our website are accurate
- unauthorized alterations to device have been carried out, resulting in damage
- the device has been damaged as a result of user negligence or inadequate care
- the device has been damaged as a result of electrical surges.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to process refunds for devices returned to us after a period of 7 days. If a device is returned to us after 7 days, when our refund policy is no longer valid, we will repair the device if, after inspection, we deem it to be defective. In this scenario, if your device cannot be repaired, we will replace it.
