Device Repair Terms & Conditions:
Repair Services:
We repair cellphones with care and expertise. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage unrelated to the repair.
Warranty on Repairs:
Screen Repairs: 6 months warranty.
Battery Repairs: 3 months warranty.
Warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship.
It does not cover:
– Physical or accidental damage after the repair.
– Water damage.
– Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized tampering.
Repair Times:
Repair times are estimates and may vary depending on part availability and complexity.
Device Notifications:
For certain models, especially Apple devices, a notification in the settings may indicate that the device was not repaired at an Apple Authorized Repair Center.
Rest assured, all our repairs are done using extremely high-quality parts and performed by skilled technicians.
Unclaimed Devices:
If any repairs or upgrades are required, unless otherwise communicated, the maximum period we will store your device is 90 days.
Devices not collected within this period may be sold without compensation to recover costs.
Alternatively, a storage fee of R400 (excl. VAT) per month will apply for every month exceeding the 90-day period.
Customer Responsibility:
Please back up your data before repairs. We are not responsible for data loss during the repair process.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required upon completion of the repair.

By leaving your device for repair, you agree to these terms and conditions.
